You start by choosing a section that you're interested in on the left side of the screen. Just move the mouse cursor on top of it, and click using the left mouse button. The section's main page will appear in the main area of the screen (the largest white one).

Once it's there, you'll have the option to choose a sub-section, if applicable. Again, simply click on the sub-section where you'd like to start. At the top left and top right hand side of every questionnaire, you'll see arrows with the captions "Go Forward" and "Go Backward". You may use the arrows to navigate through the section as if you were reading pages in a book. To go the next page, you'd go forward. To go to the previous page, you'd go backward.

Be sure to look for the scrollbar that pops up at the right hand side of the screen sometimes. It appears there to let you know that there's more information on the page, and it should be used to scroll down to see that information.

Many sections give pop-up "hints" at the bottom area of the screen when you move the mouse cursor over black text. So, if you're unsure of a survey question, try moving the mouse pointer over the text of the question and watch the bottom of the screen to see what happens. Odds are, a valuable hint will pop up!

On many of our sections, you will find surveys. If you would like to retrieve the results of a survey, to either e-mail to yourself or to us for approval, simply click on the "Get Results" button after you have completed every survey question.
